Dating Rules That You Must Know

Dating is when two people take their chances to see whether they are compatible in each others company. For some, this is usually the start of a bond that can lead to so much more. Dating won’t be that hard if you just have some guidelines/rules to follow. Here are some do’s and don’ts for every date you go through:

Dating rule #1. When you’re on a date, you should always make the most out of it. Be sure that your date is having F-U-N.
Dating rule #2. Make eye contact. By doing this, you’re date will feel that he/she stands out. This gives your date the sense of security.
Dating rule #3. Compliment your date by saying how good he/she looks on your date. He/She took time in preparing for that date and the last thing he/she needs is not feeling that it wasn’t good enough.
Dating rule #4. Always appear on dates. If you have more important things to do make sure to tell your date early on. Standing someone up is very unethical for any person to do. This will make the person think that you are just wasting his/her time.
Dating rule #5. Be on time. Being punctual shows respect for the other person. This also shows that you are really interested on doing this.
Dating rule #6. Smoking and Drinking to much in a date is not a good idea unless both of you is into it. That might ruin your dates first impression.
Dating rule #7. This is very important especially for the guys. Be a good listener. Listening shows how interested willing you are to compromise on everything you date says. Be sure not to talk about yourself 24/7 unless you want your date to see you as arrogant.
Dating rule #8. Try to look presentable. Poor dress sense will make the impression of laziness. Also consider the other person who made an effort to look good.
Dating rule #9. Be aware of your hygiene. Take a bath, put on perfume if necessary. This will make the other person be attracted to you.
Dating rule #10. Discussing your past dates with other people is a big no-no. Your date might not be comfortable on sharing his/her past.
Dating rule #11. IF you think that it’s not working out, don’t give your date a hard time. Don’t be rude, that person has feelings too.
Dating rule #12. When you’re on a first date, the man should always be the one to pay for the bill. No questions asked. Discussing these things on the first date will make you look primitive.
Dating rule #13. Make your date feel comfortable at all times. Be sure that your she is safe during and after your date.
Dating rule #14. Never ever try to sleep with this person on the first date. If every you do, chances are very small for you guys to make it long term
Dating rule #15. Keep promises. If you tell the person that you will call him/her after you date, you have to.
Dating rule #16. Don’t pretend you're single. Your date will just be hurt in the end.

Lastly, BE YOUSELF. Don’t try to be someone your not. This will just lead to nothing. If the person doesn’t like you for who you are then that’s his/her loss.

Those are just the basic things you need to know in dating. Dating rules are not that complicated. You just simply need to have good manners and everything will be okay.
